We stand beside our handmade products and want you as the customer to be 100% satisfied. We will fix any product if there is an issue with the hardware, stitching or anything else you see wrong with the craftsmanship of your item. This does not include natural wear on items or brands/scars that do come on some leather pieces. To continue the life of your product I suggest to apply a leather conditioner once or twice a year or as needed. In our shop we use Smith's Leather Balm.
